The UST Research Center on Social Sciences and Education proudly announces the recent publication of research associate Mr. Jame Monren Mercado.
Mr. Mercado published his food heritage research entitled: Pancit: Explicating the Culinary Safeguarding Culture of Philippine Noodles – The Case of Luzon Island at the Journal of Culinary Science and Technology.
